Services Offered Oasi Cactus offers the sale of cacti, succulent plants and related accessories. All products available on the site are described in detail, but any differences in color, shape or size may occur due to the nature of natural products.
Registration and User Account To make purchases on the site, you must register by creating a personal account. During registration, the User must provide accurate, complete and updated information. The User is responsible for the security of his account and for the activities carried out through it.
Prices and Payment Methods All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout. We accept the following payment methods:

- Bank transfer
Payment must be completed before your order is shipped.
Shipping and Deliveries We ship all over Italy. Orders are processed within 2-5 working days from payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the courier service used. Any delays do not depend on Oasi Cactus.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and volume of the order. During checkout you will be able to see the total cost.
Returns and Refunds Pursuant to the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the User has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to send a written communication via email to info@oasicactus.com.
The cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the User, unless otherwise specified. The products must be returned intact and in the original packaging. Once received and verified, we will refund within 14 working days.
Guarantees All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity pursuant to articles 128-135 of the Consumer Code. In the event of damaged or defective products, we invite you to contact us promptly to resolve the problem.
Limitations of Liability Oasi Cactus is not responsible for:
- Damage caused by improper use of the purchased products.
- Delays or failure to deliver caused by the courier.
- Any interruptions to the site for technical reasons or updates.
