Ferocactus diguetii isla-catalina - Characteristics

The Ferocactus diguetii isla-catalina è a cactacea globosa native to Mexico with a dark green colour that can become columnar with age. This cactus has ribs with tubercles from which white downy areoles protrude, from which numerous long, thin, yellowish, hooked radial spines emerge. Flowering occurs in late spring and summer.
