Epithelantha Micromeris - Characteristics
L'Epithelantha Micromeris is a small, globular cactus native to Northern Mexico and the Southern United States. It has a stem covered with small tubercles, where dense, small, greyish-white spines protrude from the apices covered with woolly areoles. This plant belongs to a genus consisting of a single species, of which there are several variants. It usually forms a single globose stem, although it can be found in small bushes. Flowering occurs towards the end of winter until early spring, producing small pink flowers.
