Cereus forbesii spiralis – Characteristics
La Cereus spiral forbesii is a cactus which belongs to the tribe of Cereae, much appreciated because of its recognizable spiral shape. It has an erect stem that can also create light green ramifications tending towards green-blue, it also has ribs that form its particular and beautiful spiral shape from which it takes its name. Its areoles are white and fluffy from which yellow-brown needle-like spines emerge, typically short. During the flowering period it gives life to beautiful and enormous flowers with a funnel shape and a white-pink color.
