Neoporteria – Online Selling
The name Neoporteria was attributed to this variety of plants in honour of the Chilean entomologist scholar Carlos Porter. These are small spherical cacti, which with the growth take on a cylindrical shape, which is considered as a subgenus of the Eriosyce.
Their ribs with a marked appearance and covered with a blanket of long thorns distinguish them from other cacti. They typically have slow growth and are very simple to grow due to their provenance and the characteristic of their natural habitat. They are in fact plants accustomed to high altitudes that resist extremely well to extreme environmental and climatic conditions.
It is a type of plant suitable even for novice growers. They are plants with very lively blooms that will give a decorative touch to your rooms and gardens.
